4th of July activities
Yesterday we went to an all afternoon 4th of July event at Lake Lydia in Quitman. They had games for the kids, a parade of dogs from the Lake Lydia community and, of course, fireworks.
Trying to figure out what's going on.
This was right after we woke him up to go watch the fireworks. He wasn't too pleased.
Watching some of the fireworks across the lake.
Watching more fireworks. There were about 5 families shooting off fireworks all around the lake, so we were constantly turning every direction to look at some going off.
The family on the dock next to the one we were on was shooting off fireworks too. Since they were so close, they were really loud. Isaac didn't like that too much. He kept squirming up close to Ben. We finally had to cover his ears every time they would shoot one off. He liked all the others, though.
Cousin Kelly loves to hold Isaac and help me out anytime she can. She's such a sweet girl.
Isaac loves to listen to his cousin Luke talk. And Luke likes to try to figure out what Isaac is thinking when he does things. So cute!
