Our Christmas at Grandma's was great. Mom fixed a really nice early dinner so we could open presents before it got too late. My brother, Derek, and his wife, Julie, had some good news to share with mom, so she was the first to open a present...
It's a boy! I'm going to be an aunt to my little nephew! He's due first of May, and I can't wait.
The t-shirt they had made for her. Grandma Quinn. :) She was so happy!
Mom got Isaac a Christmas pop-up book, and the last page is Santa's workshop. It has two eye holes to look in and see the elves dancing with Santa in 3D.
A submarine, complete with two divers. One of his favorite gifts this year.
Playing in the floor with the submarine and airplane while we clean up the mess.
Back at home, he immediately commenced to taking apart the airplane. It came with a drill, bits, screws, and bolts. It comes completely apart.
All back together! I think he took it apart about 3 times before I made him stop. I was so afraid he'd lose some of the screws and not be able to put it back together. So far, all pieces are still around. :)
Our family picture. We do one every year at mom's. Next year, Derek and Julie will have a little one in their lap too!
